history • Rich was born and raised in the usa. Being an only child his father was a steel mill worker and his mother was a waitress at a local dinner. His father wasn't around much and he only saw his mother in the evening. The young boy was responsible to make his own breakfast and get himself ready for school at the age of ten. When he hit the age of eighteen he didnt' go to college he went off to work with his father at the steel mill. His father had befriended a man who rich went to school with his daughter. On his free days rich would go over to anna's house and they would talk about the world and other things. How many kids she wanted to have, how she wanted to get out of this small town, do something with her life that was useful. Rich slowly found himself falling for her, as she did the same. Soon enough he proposed to her and about two months before their wedding found out she was pregnant with their first child. Both being in their late twenties they were still in the midst of their working career, but when Timmy was two they up and left Pennsylvania and moved to Kentucky. There the industry was racehorses so rich figured he would get into that with being a farrier. The thirty year old took a permanent liking to this job. Anna was a stay at home mother until Timmy was ten, then she took a job at the local animal shelter. There was an older chocolate labrador there, Cassie was there for another two months and as a surprise for Rich came home. He instantly bonded with the dog. Retiring to her home at the age of fifty, Anna found out she had breast cancer, Rich was crushed and slowly shut down, with her. The doctors did all they could but at the age of sixty-four she was on her death bed. When she died, Tim moved back to Kentucky with his wife and three year old son. Tim and Hanna encouraged Rich to continue his love for his job. So he was looking in the paper one day and there was an advertisement for a full time farrier in england. Although hesitant at first he was overall convinced that it would move his mind away from what had been taken away from him. He has been there for about six years.
