ETERNALLY !? FOREVER THE !? STEED show name • Eternally Foreverbarn name • Everage • Twelve gender • mare height • 15 HH breed • Missouri Fox Trotter colouring • Grullapersonality • Ever is a sweet heart of a mare when she wants to be, but is usually quite standoffish. She'll look for attention sometimes, but most of the time she'd rather be out in the pastures alone. She's a brilliant mother though, but very protective. She'll only let humans she knows and trusts around her foals, and it takes a long time for you to get there. She can be nervous, but most of the time nothing really fazes her. Large objects that make really loud noises is pretty much it.
To ride, when she's not in foal, she can be a challenge. Her haughty nature causes her to prance all of the time and she loves to throw a buck in there too. Primarily a barrel racer, she does have the speed for it. Yet, she can sometimes grow bored and refuse to go. She's a challenging horse but when you form a bond with her, she can be the greatest thing you have ever ridden.history • Ever has come from a highly respected breeder. The mare had been a ranch horse for a while, up until she was was three before having her first foal. The college bought her about a seven years ago, and she has had many foals in their care. While the college was searching for new finances, Ever and the other original brood mares and stallions all took residence in Mr. Rees's father's stud farm.number of foals • Sevencurrently in foal • Yes, 1 monthdiscipline • Western - Barrel Racingowner • Park Equine Collegeproperty of PARK EQUINE COLLEGE V.2. GRACEFUL !? ASSUMPTIONS THE !? STEED show name • Graceful Assumptionsbarn name • Graceage • Ten gender • Mare height • 15.1 HHbreed • Arabian colouring • Dapple Greypersonality • Grace has a wonderful nature. She's friendly and adores attention. She can sometimes be a little in your face, but she means nothing by it. Unlike the stereotypical Arabian, Grace isn't haughty nor flighty, nothing ever fazes the mare. She can get a little excited at times, but nothing uncontrollable. She's honestly a pleasure to handle. She makes a wonderful mother, protective but not to the extreme that you can't approach her. Saying this, she's only had one foal but is currently pregnant. She's expected to go through the fazes like a natural once more.
Grace has been used for Dressage a number of times as she has a lovely stride and is flashy enough to draw attention in the ring. She's only young, and hasn't done too much but she'll eventually be introduced to more. For now though, she's making an excellent brood mare.history • Grace came to the college six years ago with another mare, Tulip. She's always been a firm favourite and has produced many lovely foals. She's always been a favourite around the college. She also stayed at the Rees stud farm.number of foals • Fourcurrently in foal • Yes, 2 monthsdiscipline • English - Dressageowner • Park Equine Collegeproperty of PARK EQUINE COLLEGE V.2. TEMPTING !? DESIRES THE !? STEED show name • Tempting Desiresbarn name • Tulipage • Fifteen gender • Mare height • 15.2 HHbreed • Arabian colouring • Blackpersonality • Tulip is the sort of mare who thinks she doesn't need humans. She creates a fuss whenever one is around and tries to bite them always. She stamps on peoples feet on purpose when they are handling her, and when she has a foal she's just plain vicious. But, she does have a maternal nature. She's the most protective mare the college has, which causes a problem. There has been a slight improvement lately.
She's only used as a pleasure horse as she is so flighty when being ridden. She just likes to take off and try and throw her rider for fun. She provides an eventful ride, but only the most experienced rider can use her. history • Tulip came with Grace. She hasn't been so much of a hit as her companion. She was pregnant when she arrived and they put her foul behaviour, but now she's had the foal they can see that it wasn't that. But, she's providing a challenge and what was the fun if every horse was perfect? There would be none. She, again, stayed at the Rees farm.number of foals • Sixcurrently in foal • No, foal at foot.discipline • English - Pleasureowner • Park Equine Collegeproperty of PARK EQUINE COLLEGE V.2. TREASURE !? TROVE THE !? STEED show name • Treasure Trovebarn name • Trinketage • Nineteen gender • Mare height • 13.3 HHbreed • Norwegian Fjord colouring • Dunpersonality • Trinket is a quiet mare who is very reserved and has many manners. She's never pushy nor arrogant, she's always gentle around humans. The plucky mare is an older one with much experience as a mother. She makes an excellent one, and has also fostered many abandoned youngsters. The mare is happy to spend her time with humans or alone, and also very much likes equine company. She's the sort of mare that'll let her foals wander anywhere, but still have a close eye on them. She's the most relaxed mother at the college.
The Western trained mare has only ever ridden pleasure, she's quite lazy when being ridden and only has three speeds. Walk, Fast walk and stop. An experienced rider may get her to go into a canter, but it wont last for long.history • Trinket has been at the college for years, one of the first ever bought. She's a firm favorite and has quite a following. When ever the students hear she's had a foal or is in foal, they make their way down to see her. She's currently in foal now. This is likely to be her last foal until retirement. But she will live the rest of her days in the broodmare barn. She's had many visitors and is currently in the process of being spoiled rotten. She is another returning from Rees Farm.number of foals • 10currently in foal • Yes, 4 monthsdiscipline • Western - Pleasureowner • Park Equine Collegeproperty of PARK EQUINE COLLEGE V.2. LAUGH !? AND !? JOKE THE !? STEED show name • Laugh and Joke (Formerly Laughter Within barn name • Jokerage • 13 gender • Mare height • 15 HHbreed • Appaloosa colouring • Bay Leopardpersonality • Joker is well, a Joker. She's cheeky and very inquisitive. She's more of a gelding at times too, she's pretty laid back when it comes to facing things. She seems to always be in a good mood, as if nothing can bring her down. She's a good mother, but can be a little irresponsible. Her first foal had to be hand raised as she wasn't sure what to do, but now she's a pro. She'll let her foal wander off at times, if she gets distracted and panics when she can't see it any more, but apart from that she's wonderful. Her happy nature makes people chuckle and she's always up for a game or just a fuss. She's an escaper too, and has been nicknamed Houdini by the staff and students. They joke that she's a bad example on her youngsters.
The pleasure mare always wants to be on the go when out riding. She's very fast but sometimes clumsy. She provides an enjoyable ride though, and really does like to go out for a hack.history • Joker arrived at the college when she was just a filly. She was brought to the brood barn, and never really left. She's a wonderful mare and has captured the hearts of many students and staff that have passed through, she comes in a close second place to Trinket. She is another returnee from the Rees farm.number of foals • Sixcurrently in foal • Yes, 8 monthsdiscipline • Western - Pleasureowner • Park Equine Collegeproperty of PARK EQUINE COLLEGE V.2. BREWING !? STORM THE !? STEED show name • Brewing Stormbarn name • Rainage • Eleven gender • Mare height • 14 HHbreed • Haflinger colouring • Palominopersonality • Rain is a little nervous around everything. She's not nippy with it, nor is she dangerous, but thinks must be taken slow with her. She likes humans, but still isn't sure of them. Other horses she's very wary of, and tends to keep herself to herself, unless Trinket is involved. When Rain first arrived at the college, she was pregnant with her first foal. It wasn't known how she would handle it. It turns out that she handled it very well, and has proved to be a fantastic and loving mother. She's protective, but is happy to have those she knows come in her stall with her foals.
To ride, she's flighty but not to the extreme. She's getting much better and is a pleasure to take out for a trail ride. She loves to stretch her legs but does well in the arena too. She may go on to be a show horse, as she'd do very well. Her movements are fluid and when she gets used to all the people around, she'd be a lovely one.history • Rain has been at the college a good while, and is still very wary. She doesn't like strangers at all. She is very attached to Trinket, who has shown her a lot and also taught her some mothering skills. She's had some fantastic foals. She is a returnee.number of foals • Fivecurrently in foal • No, foal at footdiscipline • English - Pleasureowner • Park Equine Collegeproperty of PARK EQUINE COLLEGE V.2.

DAZZLING !? DESIGN THE !? STEED show name • Dazzling Designbarn name • Charismaage • Sixteen gender • Mare height • 14.3 HHbreed • Gypsy Vanner colouring • Piebaldpersonality • Charisma is a very vain mare but a sweetheart. She would never hurt a fly, but she also knows she's beautiful. At the moment, she's in a permanent bad mood due to being pregnant, but still she's not mean. She'll tell you she's had enough attention by pinning her audits back, nothing more than that. When she's not pregnant, she'll look for attention all of the time and loves to be groomed. She'll spend hours having someone pamper her.
To ride, she's wonderful. She's sure footed and pretty much bomb proof. She'll do anything without hesitation and really is a pleasure. Sometimes, she'll play up if she's bored, but usually she keeps occupied enough. She's only been known to throw a rider twice in her life time.history • Charisma has been at the college for about 8 years and settled in almost immediately. She's a favorite with students who have nothing to do and want to groom a horse to keep them occupied and her foals never fail to be adorable. There is a lot of anticipation for her next foal, they cannot wait to meet the little thing.number of foals • 7currently in foal • Yes, Five monthsdiscipline • English - Dressageowner • Park Equine Collegeproperty of PARK EQUINE COLLEGE V.2. MORNING !? CALLS THE !? STEED show name • Morning Callsbarn name • Maggieage • Nine gender • Mare height • 16.2 HHbreed • Thoroughbred colouring • Dark Baypersonality • Maggie is a very nervous mare. She doesn't like too many people around her, and can turn nasty when threatened. Yet, you can see the sweet mare hidden beneath. She's the sort of mare that needs someone with amazing patience to work with her. The mare does become attached to someone when she knows them well, and it doesn't take too long but she needs to gain your trust before even attempting to approach humans. She isn't very gentle, and when unsure she becomes bolshy as if to tell you to go away. And, she does have a habit of pressing her rump into the stall door which doesn't allow you inside.
Maggie, when in foal, makes a lot of people nervous. She gets more and more worked up as she grows nearer her due date, and has to have a close eye kept on her every pregnancy. To ride, she's actually lovely. Though sometimes flighty, she does enjoy a blast on the cross country course. She also enjoys the trails.history • Maggie is one of the few mares bought before the college closed five years ago. She, like the others, went to stay at the Rees Farm. Two of her foals are currently competing internationally and she's quite a sought over mare now. Her coverings are limited though as she takes a little longer to recover than the other mares.number of foals • Fourcurrently in foal • No, foal at foot.discipline • English - Cross Countryowner • Park Equine Collegeproperty of PARK EQUINE COLLEGE V.2. AFTERNOON !? DELIGHT THE !? STEED show name • Afternoon Delightbarn name • Delightage • Twelve gender • Mare height • 14.2 HHbreed • American Paint Horse colouring • Chestnut Splash Overopersonality • Delight is a cheeky mare but very sweet. She has an almost childish nature. She's a pure escape artist, and although she doesn't stray far, many have wandered into the barn and seen her pottering about as if she owned the place. One thing that really freaks her out though is wheel barrows, she doesn't get the concept of them and freaks out when ever she sees one. Apart from that, she's gentle and loving, adoring attention from any passing human being. She's taken Maggie under her wing and adores the Thoroughbred mare, and whenever Maggie is worked up, she seeks out Delight.
A wonderful mother, she's protective but not to the extreme. She is very loving and adores her offspring, and is very playful with them. Sometimes she can be a little rough, yet doesn't seem to mind. It's as if she's telling them to toughen up for the big world outside. It alarms people who don't know her mannerisms, but if they do they don't bat an eye lid. To ride, she's a lot of fun. Very inquisitive, she always has to be on the go. It's as if she has ADHD.history • Delight arrived with Maggie and is a lot more excitable and happy around the barn. She's had three of her five foals since being at the college and everything has gone smoothly. She makes a brilliant mother.number of foals • Fourcurrently in foal • Yes, 10 monthsdiscipline • Western - Reiningowner • Park Equine Collegeproperty of PARK EQUINE COLLEGE V.2. DROWNED !? IN !? SUNLIGHT THE !? STEED show name • Drowned In Sunlightbarn name • Sunlightage • Five gender • Mare height • 15.1 HHbreed • Welsh Cob Section D colouring • Palominopersonality • Sunlight is a strange one. She can be fairly hostile until you break through her tough exterior. Then she's all over you. She loves cuddles when she's deemed you as good and will let you do anything with her. Her stall manners aren't great but she isn't dangerous so just needs some work. She's also very expressive, and it's not hard to tell what she's thinking. She makes a lovely mother, she knows what to do and how to do it. She's also taken on a few orphaned foals before.
To ride, she takes a while to gel with a rider. After that, she's a very willing steed. She's fantastic on a course but does love a blast on the trails when she can. She will make people proud, and it's being thought whether to take her out of being a broodmare for a few years after this foal.history • Sunlight came from the Rees Farm when transporting the other mares back. She'd grown attached to Ever and wasn't planning on leaving her new best friend. She loaded the trailer with her before anyone could stop her. The college accepted her gratefully though, and she's a welcome addition to the mare group.number of foals • 2currently in foal • Yes, 6 monthsdiscipline • English - Show Jumpingowner • Park Equine Collegeproperty of PARK EQUINE COLLEGE V.2. RARE !? AS A !? GEMSTONE THE !? STEED show name • Rare As A Gemstonebarn name • Emeraldage • Estimated seven gender • Mare height • 17.1 HHbreed • Clydesdale colouring • Black personality • Emerald, so far, is proving to be lovely as long as tack isn't involved. The large mare freaked out on sight of some tack and hasn't been re-introduced to it again. Her stall manners are lovely though and she's very gentle. She also makes a wonderful mother to her filly and keeps her extremely well protected. She doesn't seem to have any problems with humans, though can be a little hesitant at times.history • Emerald's story is a strange one. A week after re-opening the college, the large mare appeared on one of the trails with a young filly at foot. It appears that they had been dumped. After looking around for the owners, the college was unable to find them. The pair were in reasonably good shape and Emerald gets her name from her incredibly rare green eyes. She's a beautiful mare who's been given her home at the college permanently.number of foals • Unknowncurrently in foal • No, foal at footdiscipline • In hand showing, has only been ridden bareback with a makeshift bridle.
