Every new member must first read the rules before doing anything. These are here as guidelines to keep all role players happy. Older members must refer back to these occasionally too. Please keep these in mind while you're posting, we staff do not enjoy correcting you at all.

This is where all the accepted male characters are placed after being reviewed by the staff.

Here is where you can create horses for your character. Be aware, there is a limit. Characters are only allowed four horses unless given permission to have more by a staff member.

This is where you claim your characters face claim, name, horses name. It's easier for us to keep in track with which celebrities have been taken and which ones are free and whether a certain name has been used before.

Ashton is the more basic choice, for students who can't afford the more expensive choices. Scholarship winners are also assigned a room in these Halls. Rooms are shared with another student, and there are no TV's. There are still en-suite bathrooms and WiFi throughout though.

This large building is also built out of red brick, various flag poles signalling it's entrance. Classes take place here, and everything has been restored to it's former grandeur. All equipment is top class, and there isn't a lack of anything.

The Cafeteria is always stocked with various foods, lunch and dinner being the only real meals served here. It's a great social spot, and although not mandatory to attend the meals served, they've always got some good food being served.

Mason barn is situated on the right hand side of the four arenas. Built in red brick, like all the other buildings at the college, these barns appear warm and welcoming. They house the horses owned by the college.

Campbell barn never fails to the the busiest and most hectic barn. Housing the student and staff horses of the college, there are always people in and out. It is placed on the left hand side of the arenas.

Lockwood barn is situated at the very top of the arenas but placed a little further away than Campbell and Mason. This red brick barn is home to the broodmares and foals of the college. This barn has limited access for students at the college, so not to stress the mares. Only students taking Equine Reproduction and students with pregnant mares and/or foals are allowed here unless they have a reason.

Bennett barn is the furthest away from the arenas, and gated. Situated at the bottom half of Equine Square, Bennett is home to the stallions of the college. This barn is a little different. As well as having a stable door on the inside, there is also one on the outside. These outside doors open up onto individual pastures, to keep the stallions to themselves. This is the largest barn, and like Lockwood, it is limited for students. Only students that own or ride one of the stallions are allowed here unless given permission by staff.

The shower bays are for all horses. You may bring them here to cool down after a ride or if they've become too muddy out playing in the pastures. Please keep in mind your horse and other horses temperaments while here. The building is big enough for you not to pack in close together.

There are three individual round pens, all situated in different places. There is also a horse walker, used to give horses a gentle exercise.

The pastures, though not immediately set in the square, are at the end of a gated path. They are a dominating part of the college, having been expanded since the refurbishment. Each is fitted with an automatic water dispenser and also has a salt lick in each. Some have small ponds in, and the largest field for the horses owned by the academy has an artificial stream running through it.

These two barns are part of the large animal clinics and are in place for rescue horses that are brought to the academy and to quarantine horses who have travelled from other countries or have contracted a contagious illness.

Situated directly opposite the large animal clinic, the small animal clinic is substantially smaller. Attached to it is a kennel house. It is usually the busier of the two clinics, but doesn't often have the patients for as long.

The farriery is the smallest building in the health center. Tucked in beside the large animal clinic, it has a small stable block outside of three stalls. The work is completed inside, with one stall in there but the clients are usually dealt with in the cross ties or in the hands of their owners. The stall is for the animals that need to be sedated to have their hooves dealt with.

The dental practice is the second smallest building in the center. Situated beside the farriery, it's three stalls are indoor rather than out. Work is completely quickly here, unless the patient needs to be sedated.

Dentist:

A trail ride through the peaceful woods suits most people. The path is wide enough to easily ride alongside someone, and there are several logs which can be jumped, or skirted round. Albeit not for the speed demon, there are a few safe cantering spots.

If you're an explorer, there are many hidden secrets on this trail. There's a large lake to be found, a meadow perfect for camping out and a stream that leads you to a clearing fit enough for a gallop. This can be accessed by town residents at an opening just before Elm Terrace on the right hand side.

If you are looking for a quiet ride alongside the river, this is the perfect trail for you. Staying inside campus grounds, it twists around the fields - although the turns make it not suitable for cantering. This can be accessed at the end of Alder Way.

Again, there are a few hidden secrets here. There is a clearing closer to town, filled with bluebells and daisies. It's a beautiful place. The other hidden spot is a pond that is deep enough to swim in and warm all year round.

Mostly used for classes of Endurance, this trail covers fifty miles of countryside in a large loop. Offshoots of the trail lead you back to campus in distances of ten, twenty and thirty miles too. The terrain varies from open fields, hilly tracks and woodlands. Map here. It can be accessed through Cedar Street.

Rosemary Livery Yard is one of the first businesses every to arrive in park. The yard has changed hands and names many times but is still around today. This is where you can keep your horses if you do not attend the college or do not have your own land.

Driftwood Way is a street purely devoted to schools. Though there is a college, very prominent in Park, there is also need to cater for younger students who can not yet, or don't want to, attend it. There are three schools on this street. The first is an Infants school (Elementary), the second is a Junior school (Middle) and the last is a Comprehensive school (High). There is also a daycare for young children while parents are working or after school.

Main Street is always the busiest street in town. Lined with shops, café's and the likes, it's never empty. There's always something going on here too, it's never dull.

Downtown is most active during the night time. The street is lined with bars and pubs, and there is also a Burlesque club at the top of the street. This street is not one you want to be walking alone, it is known for the more unpleasant happenings at Park.

The animal shelter is where you can come and adopt an animal that has been surrendered, found or taken from another. There are always animals here, dogs, cats, hamsters, birds, rabbits. Don't hesitate to drop by, they all need loving homes.

The airport, though not strictly in town, can be reached by following the first road on the left of Oak Avenue. It caters to Park and all the surrounding villages. You can catch a flight to wherever you want here.

The auction house is where animal auctions take place once a month. Horses are the most prominent sales but cattle and other farming animals are also sold here.

Alder Way has the smaller houses. Most of them are 1-2 bedroom bungalows. There are a few two story bungalows and those have three bedrooms. These are the least expensive of the houses. They are perfect for couples or elderly people. Or even a family just starting off. The gardens are fairly small. This street comes off Oak Avenue, the entrance between The White Horse pub and Joe's Garage.

Birch Row is made up of flats. They range from expensive to pretty cheap. The more expensive come with up to 3-2 bedrooms, the cheaper just 1. This doesn't mean their horrible, they are all very much suited to live in. They are more suited to young couples or single people rather than families. This street is accessed through down town or through Alder Way. The nicer flats are closer to Alder Way.

Cedar street has the more family friendly houses. They range from 3-5 bedrooms, and have big spacious gardens. They really are beautiful and a favourite. Please don't buy one unless you have a family, we do not want large houses just holding one person. This street comes off Driftwood Way, beside the daycare.
